BAIAClosed beta

Talk to your business.
It answers with facts.

Not a chatbot that reads your help centre back to you. BAIA is wired into your actual workspace — your customers, your stock, your invoices — and it can change them. Say it while you're walking to the car; it's done before you're in it.

Ask it something only your business knows

One question, out loud, in a car park — and the record is written before the call ends.

Why it's different

Every other assistant is guessing about you.

The AI on your phone has read the whole internet and knows nothing about your Tuesday. It can't tell you which customer hasn't paid, and it certainly can't mark the invoice settled.

BAIA is connected to your workspace as a tool. When you ask what sold last week it runs a query. When you say to add the customer, it creates the record — with the right fields on the right entity, because it can read your schema. Each action it takes is listed on screen as it happens, so you can see the work rather than trust a paragraph about it.

And it inherits your account: your permissions, your visibility, your name in the audit log. It is not a service account with the keys to everything.

What's in it

Built for the thirty seconds you have

The whole point is that you're holding something else. Everything here exists to cut the distance between having the thought and it being recorded.

🎙️

Real voice mode

A full-screen, hands-free conversation. It listens, shows the live transcription so you can see what it heard, answers out loud, and carries on — no press-and-hold, no send button.

👆

The assistant gesture

On Android, set BAIA as the assistant your home gesture opens, so it's the thing your phone reaches for. A Quick Settings tile puts it one pull from the lock screen too.

🫧

A bubble over everything else

Optional floating bubble, the way a messenger chat head works — ask BAIA something without leaving the app you're in. Off by default; you turn it on in settings.

🧰

You watch it work

Every tool call it makes is listed as it runs — which entity, which record, what changed. No black box, and nothing to reconstruct afterwards from the audit log.

🔑

It is you, not an admin

BAIA acts with your account's permissions. It cannot read a record you can't, and every write it makes is attributed to you — the same audit trail as if you'd typed it.

🗂️

Knows your schema

Because it reads your workspace's own entities and fields, it works on the business you built — freight legs, treatment plans, whatever you called things — not a generic CRM shape.

🔐

Biometric unlock

Sign in once with password and 2FA, Google or Microsoft, then a fingerprint or Face ID after that. The assistant on your lock screen still needs your face.

🌐

Georgian and English

Ask in either. The workspace itself is fully localised, and voice mode follows the language you set.

🪶

Small on purpose

It's one screen with one job, not the whole ERP shrunk down. That's why it opens instantly instead of loading a workspace you didn't ask for.

Try saying

Things people actually ask it

🧾

“Mark invoice 2214 as paid, cash.”

Finds the invoice, writes the payment, tells you the new balance.

📊

“What sold best last month?”

Queries your orders and answers with the numbers, not an estimate.

🙋

“Add a lead — Nino, from the trade fair.”

Creates the record on the right entity with the fields you use.

📦

“How many of SKU 4120 are left in Tbilisi?”

Reads live stock per location while you're standing in the aisle.

Questions

Before you sign up

How is this different from a general AI assistant?

A general assistant knows the internet but not your Tuesday. BAIA is connected to your workspace as a tool — it queries your records and writes to them. Ask a general assistant what you sold last week and you get a guess; ask BAIA and you get the number.

Can it change or delete my data?

It can change what you can change — nothing more. It runs as your account, so your permissions apply, your name goes in the audit log, and the screen lists each action it took as it happened.

Is my data used to train a model?

No. Your workspace data goes to the model to answer your question and nowhere else. See security for the full data boundary.

Can I replace Siri or Google Assistant with it?

On Android, yes — BAIA can be the assistant your home gesture opens, and it has a Quick Settings tile. On iOS, Apple doesn't allow third-party apps to replace Siri; the iOS build will use App Intents and a Lock Screen widget instead, which is the ceiling Apple permits.

Do I need a paid plan?

You need a workspace with AI enabled — that's the Team plan and up. See pricing; the app itself is a free download with no separate seat.

What's not finished yet?

Replies arrive when the whole answer is ready rather than streaming in word by word, and attachments from the camera are still being wired. Both are on the list, and beta testers get them first.
