User guide › App directory
How to read this page
This is a directory, not a manual. Each entry says what the app does in one line and links to its page on this site. Everything the apps share — records, views, permissions, automations — is covered by the rest of this guide and works the same whichever apps you have installed.
Some apps also have a full how-to guide covering their day-to-day operation. Those are listed below and in the sidebar. Where an app doesn't have one yet, its card links to its product page instead.

How these fit together
Stock and money move across these apps, and that's where most confusion starts. These three pages trace a single journey end to end, naming what changes at each step.
Stock lifecycle
From purchase order to receipt to sale, transfer, count and return.
⚙️Make to stock
From a bill of materials through production to finished goods on the shelf.
💷Order to cash
From an order — till, online or invoice — through fulfilment to payment.
🧑💼Employee lifecycle
From hiring through onboarding, leave and attendance to leaving.
The grouping below matches the sections you see in the app store inside the product, so a heading here is a heading there.
Installing and removing apps Admin
The store lives under Settings → Billing & Marketplace → Apps. Installing an app adds its screens to your sidebar and, in most cases, drops one or more managed entities into your workspace — real entities with real records, which behave like anything else you'd build yourself.
- Uninstalling doesn't delete data. Removing an app takes its screens away; the records stay. Re-installing picks up where you left off.
- Leftover entities are your choice. If uninstalling leaves an entity that nothing else uses, you're asked per entity whether to keep it in the sidebar or hide it. Hiding removes it from the sidebar only — nothing is deleted.
- Some apps need another app first. Ecommerce and Manufacturing build on Point of Sale; Onboarding & Offboarding builds on HR Records; most marketing channels build on Audiences. The store installs those for you.
- Some apps need setup before they can be installed at all. Anything that talks to an outside account shows a Needs config badge until whoever runs your BackOffice has supplied the credentials.
Installing an app doesn't hand it to everyone. Most apps are restricted on install and you grant access per app under Settings → Workspace → Module Access, including which actions inside the app each person can take. See Permissions & access.
Sales & POS
Point of Sale
Touch register for retail and counter service: product catalog, warehouses, stock tracking, receipt printing, refunds and a checkout that moves stock in one transaction.
Ecommerce
A public storefront selling your POS catalog online — browse, cart, checkout and pay — feeding the same inventory, orders and accounting as your counter sales. Needs Point of Sale.
Manufacturing
Bills of materials, work orders and work-in-progress on the inventory and ledger you already run: components issued at cost, finished goods received into stock. Needs Point of Sale.
Point of Sale also has a restaurant mode — tables, QR ordering, kitchen tickets and reservations. See Restaurant POS.
Finance & Accounting
Accounting
A double-entry engine: chart of accounts, journals, period close and the standard financial reports. Posts automatically from invoice, payment, bill and payroll events.
📄Invoices
Customer invoices, line items and payments, built on the ordinary entity machinery so every view, filter and automation works on them.
Multi-Currency
Daily exchange rates, per-field currency codes, a rate snapshot stored on each record, and a conversion function you can use in formulas. Pick your base currency in settings.
Reconciliation
A shared inbox, outbox and audit log for documents exchanged with outside services — match what arrives against your records and track what you sent.
HR & People
HR Records
The employee master record: personal details, contact and emergency information, employment status and identity fields. The core the other HR apps hang off.
🗓️Leave & Attendance
Shifts and rosters, leave policies and balances, requests routed through approvals, check-in and check-out, and timesheets.
🎒Onboarding & Offboarding
Build joiner and leaver journeys once, then run them for every hire and leaver: tasks, documents, contracts to sign, equipment to hand over, training to sign off. Needs HR Records.
Marketing
The marketing apps share one Marketing section in the sidebar. Omni Marketing is a bundle: installing it pulls in the individual channels your plan allows, and skips the rest rather than failing. Most channels need Audiences, which the store installs alongside them. The whole stack is described on Omni Marketing.
Omni Marketing
Visual multi-channel journeys: enrol an audience, then sequence SMS, email, WhatsApp and ad actions with branching on the outcome of each step.
Audiences
Reusable audiences built from your own entities with filters. One audience, used by every channel — each resolving the contact's phone or email itself.
Email Marketing
Lists, subscribers, templates, segmented campaigns, A/B tests, drip automations, open and click tracking, one-click unsubscribe and double opt-in.
SMS Marketing
Bulk SMS campaigns to your audiences — broadcast or scheduled, with opt-out handling and delivery analytics — over your existing Twilio connection.
WhatsApp Marketing
Broadcast campaigns over WhatsApp Business: manage approved message templates, build opt-in audiences, and send to a segment on a schedule.
Social Media Marketing
Compose, schedule, publish and measure posts across LinkedIn, X and Meta from one composer.
Social Ads
Plan, launch and measure paid campaigns across Meta, LinkedIn and X, with audiences, budgets and conversion tracking.
Google Ads
Search, Display, YouTube and Performance Max campaigns, with Customer Match audiences, budgets and conversion tracking.
🖱️Landing Pages
Drag-and-drop landing pages and funnels with forms, A/B tests and first-party tracking. Publish in one click.
Meta Audit
A scored audit of your Facebook and Instagram page — responsiveness, ads, content and setup — with a prioritised action plan.
Communication
Omnichannel Inbox
One shared inbox across every connected messaging channel, with each conversation sitting on the customer's record. It has no entities of its own — it reads from each channel.
Website Chat
An embeddable live-chat widget for your site. Visitor conversations land in the shared inbox; you configure appearance, quick replies and bot flows.
SMS
Two-way conversational SMS and MMS over your own Twilio number. Customer texts arrive in the shared inbox alongside every other channel.
Voice
Business telephony over Twilio: a browser softphone, call queues, call logs, recording and voicemail.
Team Chat
Internal chat for your team — direct messages and team rooms, in a drawer inside the workspace rather than a separate app.
Mobile Call Sync
Syncs calls made on your team's phones into the workspace: every call to a known contact lands on their record with direction, duration and who made it.
Scheduling
Publish event types, share a booking link and let anyone pick an open slot; the meeting lands on your calendar with a meeting link. Appears as tabs inside Calendar.
Media & Content
Automation & AI
Agents are covered in detail in AI in BackOffice.
Compliance
Contracts
Author or upload a document, route it to several signers, collaborate with comments and versions, and get a tamper-evident certificate of completion.
🏥EHR
Files and manages clinical documents with the Georgian Ministry of Health's electronic health record services, with an audit log of every exchange.
📑rs.ge — Revenue Service
Connector to the Georgian Revenue Service: outbound e-waybills, tax invoices and monthly salary declarations, plus an inbound poll for supplier waybills.
rs.ge has no sidebar entry of its own. It plugs into Reconciliation, and its documents land in that app's inbox, outbox and audit log. Its credentials page is reached from Reconciliation's connectors list.
Other — account connections
These aren't apps with screens of their own. They connect an outside account so the other apps can use it — a sign-in provider, a mailbox, a messaging channel. Most need whoever runs your BackOffice to supply credentials before they can be installed, and once connected they show up under Settings → Personal → Integrations. See Integrations & API.
Personal mailboxes per user — SMTP and IMAP for manual setup, or sign-in for Gmail and Outlook. Send, receive, attachments, and threading into the shared inbox.
Google sign-in plus two-way Google Calendar sync.
Microsoft
Microsoft sign-in and Outlook mail.
Meta
Facebook and Instagram inbound messages, comments and mentions.
WhatsApp Business inbound and outbound messaging. Separate from the Messenger and Instagram connection.
LinkedIn sign-in, so members can sign in with their LinkedIn account.
Push Notifications
Delivers your in-app notifications as mobile push to the BackOffice mobile apps.
Apps vs templates
An app brings behaviour a workspace can't express on its own — a till that moves stock atomically, a ledger that balances, a connector that speaks someone else's protocol. A template brings structure: entities, fields, views and automations you could have built yourself, packaged so you don't have to. They live in different places and install differently — see Templates & apps.
This directory tracks what's installable today. If the app you need isn't here, it's worth asking — get in touch and say what you're trying to run.
